Requirements for this Route Driver job

To thrive as a Full-Time Route Driver at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a combination of essential skills and qualifications. A valid Commercial Driver's License is a must, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Your knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques will ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Strong communication skills are key when interacting with customers and coordinating with the sales team for marketing efforts.

Basic math skills will come in handy for accurate invoicing, while organizational skills are vital for completing paperwork effectively. Additionally, familiarity with technology and handheld devices is essential for invoicing purposes. Prior completion of DOT medical evaluations and drug tests, as well as a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check, are necessary to meet our Vehicle Safety Policy standards.   • Requires a valid Commercial Driver's License or must obtain one within 90 days of hire. Satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Check required according to the Vehicle Safety Policy.
