Quick Quotations Specialist Lamps

A successful Quick Quotes Rep will:

• Learn an in-depth understanding of SESCO’s product line
• Learn and utilizing proprietary quotation and project management software
• Provide a quick turn around for "quick quote" requests via email
• Request lead times promptly via email
• Coordinate transmittals of quotes, cut sheets, submittals, and other documents to customers for each quote and as requested via email
• Communicate with clients to resolve problems with projects during the bidding process
• Follow up on quotes
• Grow and maintain a strong working relationship with clients

Essential Skills:

• Prior lighting quotations and submittal experience is a plus
• Customer service and quotations experience a plus
• Must have problem solving ability
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
• Must be proficient on Word, Excel, Blue Beam, internet research, and Outlook
