As a fulfillment receiving associate you make the 4imprint brand come alive by receiving and maintaining inventory on incoming products that will ultimately end up in our customers’ hands.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Assist in unloading of incoming products via UPS, FedEx, and all other carriers.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and inventory products.
  • Effectively communicate with internal departments regarding status of incoming products
  • Help maintain an inventory database on all products in Oasis.
  • Perform physical counts on inventory as required.
  • Ensure accuracy on each order.
  • Back up for picking/packing of customer sample orders
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by receiving supervisor or fulfillment manager.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
  • Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
