PAY AND BENEFITS

The initial hourly compensation is set at $20.00, with ample opportunities for swift progression based on demonstrated performance, aptitude for assuming additional responsibilities, and consistent delivery of exceptional value beyond the norm.

As for your schedule, you work from Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM.

AVERAGE DAY AS A STONE AND CONCRETE PRODUCTION LABORER

In this position, you are at the heart of our manufacturing process. Your days involve hands-on tasks such as applying color to molds, removing concrete and stone veneer products from the molds, and packaging finished goods. You conduct quality checks to make sure every product looks amazing. As directed, you operate a forklift to complete your tasks as well as perform general maintenance.
