Job Summary:
The Document Scanner at Toyota of Melbourne will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the dealership's administrative processes. This individual will be responsible for scanning and organizing important documents related to service, and other dealership operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills and a high level of attention to detail. Perfect for someone whose semi-retired or just getting back into the work force. 

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time position in the auto industry with a salary of $13 per hour, paid biweekly. 

Responsibilities:
- Scan and organize various documents related to service, and other dealership processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
- Properly file and store scanned documents to ensure easy retrieval
- Assist other team members with document retrieval as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all dealership records
- Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in document scanning or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer and scanning software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
