Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

 
Job Summary
The primary duties of this position are to assist the warehouse and sales teams, as well as customers, directly through accurate processing of will call orders.
Job Responsibilities
  • Must maintain professional interaction with customers, sales representatives, and customer service.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for completing will call order process.
  • Usage of multiple computer applications to:
    • Verify inventory
    • Completed orders
    • Conduct research on order status
    • Make revisions or corrections to orders/manifests
  • Close out orders and generate manifests accordingly.
  • Additional duties as required.

Experience/Qualifications
  • Must be detail-oriented and maintain organizational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be familiar with the Warehouse Management System
  • Must be capable of operating a pallet jack.
