Job Description:  We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's social media presence and engage with our online community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field and make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and monitoring all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for content improvement and audience engagement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and make data-driven recommendations.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
