Morgan Medical Center is looking for a Therapy Services Manager to join our team
$10,000 Sign On Bonus
This position is a critical component of MMCs In Patient and Out Patient operations. The manager will be responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development and operations of the Rehab Program. The Rehab Department works closely with all inter disciplinary departments of the hospital and ensures appropriate levels of care are provided by MMC Therapists (OT, PT, SLP). The Rehab Manager holds all team members accountable for delivery of safe, quality care and services through effective communication, observation, and manages through collaboration, team member training and mentoring.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
Current Ga license
Prior management experience
