Job Duties:
Responsible for delivering great food to the Guest
Ensures adherence to all recipes guidelines to provide consistent quality, proper presentation technique and food safety standards
Operates all kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Follows facility and chefs safe food handling guidelines.
Follows all sanitation and nutrition practices.
Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Qualifications:
- Minimum3 years High Level Sous Chef / Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Demonstrated ability to lead and make a positive impact
- Strong communication
