Location: Ripon, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Clerk will coordinate with customers, vendors, freight brokers, freight carriers, drivers, etc. on shipping/receiving.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule logistics appointments via Excel spreadsheet
- Process all necessary paperwork for logistics including but not limited to: BOL’s, COA’s customer
- documents required work with appropriate personnel to obtain all documents needed.
- Process daily logs/spreadsheets for logistics
- Assist sales as needed:
- Creating sales orders
- Making and shipping samples
Education: HS Diploma min
Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly behavior
- Good attendance
- Knowledge of Excel and other office programs
