Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and empower field operations staff through coaching, mentoring, and training, ensuring their success in achieving company goals.
  • Drive profitability and foster growth by implementing dynamic operational plans tailored to achieve ambitious profit and growth targets.
  • Utilize strategic foresight to develop forecasts for sales growth, market expansion, and enhanced profitability, positioning the company for continued success.
  • Oversee daily operations with enthusiasm, ensuring adherence to high standards, guidelines, and revenue targets, while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting customer relationships, adeptly handling concerns and fostering repeat business through exceptional service and engagement.
  • Provide steadfast support to team leads in troubleshooting complex issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility as needed.
  • Foster continuous growth and development by providing comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to team leads, technicians, and apprentices.
  • Proactively address and resolve all reported safety issues, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all staff.
  • Take ownership of branch performance, driving progress toward company goals through strategic leadership and innovative approaches.
  • Lead the interview and selection process for team leads, technicians, and apprentice candidates, ensuring the recruitment of top talent to drive company success.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Management/Supervisory experience in Skilled Trades.
  • Knowledge of Residential Home Services is a must.
  • Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Excellent leadership, customer care, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial statements and experience leading a team with KPIs.
  • Business acumen and trade experience in the Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan or comparable system (preferred)
  • Available for support to the team by phone (as needed 24/7)
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee performance issues and concerns.
