Customer Service Representative will work with existing customers and new customers to assist with Home and Auto insurance policies. Will need to multitask and resolve customer needs.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and handle customer needs.

Accounts receiveable, in bound and out bound calls for past due customers.

Outbound calls on customers renewing policies.

Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 with 1 hour lunch

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Work independently and as part of a team.


Requirements

Property and Casualty License is a plus. On the job training and License training available to the right candidate.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must have ability to multi-task.

Must be highly self-motivated.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
