Immersion Aide

TERI is offering an intensive paid training program to prepare people who have little to no experience working as an aide for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position will provide direct training, supervision, active program planning, and documentation, in both classroom and community settings. This is a hands-on position.

Immersion Aides are eligible for hire in the follow departments:

CAL - Choices for Adult Learning - Community based adult day program.

The Center for the Arts - Fine and performing arts adult day center.

TCS - The Country School - Specialized Day school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.


Full-time Position, M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Range: $17.50 During training $18.00 upon completion of training

TERI participates in the CalGrows Program, offering you the opportunity to earn up to $6,000.00, in addition to your regular salary, while growing your career and developing your skills through free, online training courses.

Job Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma/ GED is desirable.
  • Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train
  • Criminal background check required.
  • Acceptable Driving History.
