Position Summary:
The Senior Industrial Engineer plays a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of engineering projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing methods, operations, and processes. They partner closely with Operations, Design Engineering, and Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineers drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and increase productivity while prioritizing safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Align processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with a primary focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
  • Utilize a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Oversee installation and process improvement projects, driving productivity and technology enhancements.
  • Ensure all project assignments are completed within established scope, budget, and schedule, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Strong initiative and willingness to adapt in ambiguous situations, with the ability to influence peers and drive execution.
