We offer our patients and their parents excellent care delivered by our pediatric trained staff with compassion, convenience, and affordable cost. Situations requiring urgent care can be stressful for children and their parents. KidMed is here to help. Founded in 2009, we are an innovative after-hours pediatric urgent care practice with offices in Richmond and Stafford.
About You
You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly. You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and be a team player. Good communication skills are a huge plus Front Desk Duties include scheduling appointments, processing payments and insurance eligibility, and coordinating treatment plans. Previous physician office/insurance experience knowledge/experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
Be aware that we are open 365 days per year and that you must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
