About Us: At NATIVE Project, we prioritize delivering care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive. Our outpatient primary care community health center caters to a multicultural patient population, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Position Details: As a Physician with us, you'll have the chance to elicit detailed patient histories, conduct thorough physician examinations, and provide diagnoses and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This is a full-time role with a four-day-per-week schedule, offering a fulfilling work-life balance.
Loan Repayment Programs Eligibility: Our commitment to supporting our team extends beyond the workplace. You'll have access to various loan repayment programs, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, Indian Health Services Loan Repayment Program, and Washington Student Achievement Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physician care in an outpatient setting, including pre-operative care for minor surgeries.
- Maintain high standards of medical practice while participating in the training and development of our medical team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop clinic protocols and formulary, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly, utilizing our electronic health record system.
- Provide compassionate counseling to patients and their families, addressing medical concerns and promoting overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine and Residency Program.
- Current licensure to practice in the State of Washington.
- Board eligibility in the respective specialty (Board certification is a plus).
- Previous experience in community health settings and working with diverse populations is preferred.
