Tru Advantage Team is looking for a skilled Handyman to join our dedicated team in York, PA. As a Handyman, you will be a key player in delivering outstanding service to our clients. With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18.50 to $22, this position presents an excellent opportunity for professional development and career growth. Compensation:

$18.50 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties in York, PA
  • Efficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly
  • Respond quickly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations for a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional client service.
Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this Handyman position in York, PA, US, you must hold valid authorization to work in the United States.
  • Previous experience working in construction is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Prior experience in maintenance is a prerequisite for applicants.
  • Essential knowledge of home maintenance is needed to excel in this position.
  • Proficiency in various handyman tasks and repairs, coupled with excellent communication skills, is a key qualification.
