Roles & Responsibilities:

The Handyman/Glazier will have general handyman skills and will provide residential and commercial service in the areas of carpentry, glazing and repairs. The ideal candidate should have good carpentry skills, a good eye for detail, be dependable, and work well with customers.

  • Window sash repair
  • Glass/window installation
  • Caulking/sealing
  • Window hardware installation/repair
  • Mirror installation
  • Shower glass installation
  • Have a complete understanding of the scope of the project
  • Ensure safe, timely and quality completion
  • Communicate well with managers regarding job progress and completion
  • Complete and submit required paperwork in a timely matter
  • Perform other related duties as assigned including working in the warehouse
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Able to work in inclement weather
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years construction experience, skilled labor involving carpentry or glazing preferred
  • General handyman skills
  • Customer service experience and a customer-driven attitude
  • A steady and analytical worker who will do the right thing every time
  • A mechanically inclined individual who enjoys finding solutions
  • A responsible, detailed, and reliable employee
  • An organized individual who will ensure that the work site is cleaned up
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule due to changing weather conditions
