- Provide clinical support through case consultation with individuals and teams.
- Encourage and mentor Alliance staff in the area of reflective functioning and observation
- Provide guidance about infant/toddler social emotional development and uses of assessments to indicate infant –caregiver capacities
- Conduct observations and administer social emotional assessments as appropriate
- Provide At-risk service coordination for targeted children and families
- Analyze and interpret related records and reports
- Monitor goals, outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate and track referrals to mental health providers
- Conduct trainings as appropriate
- Attend required trainings
- Collaborate with provider network
- Conduct maternal depression screening and support staff in their responsibility to screen.
Three years related experience.
