Our customer in Bristol, IN is looking for a Bilingual Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for day-to-day communication from Corporate HR to plant employee's in addition to various HR obligations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and offers prior experience working in an HR/Administrative position in a manufacturing environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist with recruiting for new employees
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Communicate updates from Corporate HR to plant employees
