Looking for additional compensation? Our evening and overnight shifts offer shift differentials up to $2.25/hr

Do you have your TMA certification? Great There's additional compensation for that as well


As a Skilled Care CNA at Thorne Crest, you'll work with a team committed to providing residents with high-quality care to promote highest functioning level in the resident's daily living (ADL's), participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle within our safe, home-like environment.

  • Hourly wages starting at $19.00 and up based on experience
  • Additional shift differential pay up to $2.25/hr
  • Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Full benefits package, offering tuition reimbursement, generous PTO accrual, and a fun, team focused environment
What You Need:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the State of Minnesota/ Minnesota Direct Care Worker Registry.
  • Trained Med Aide certification a plus
  • New CNA's encouraged to apply
