We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Learning and Development Coordinator to help support our membership with ongoing professional development, credentialing, and webinar development.Requirements of the Learning and Development Coordinator:
  • Supporting webinar and event planning including coordinating agreements with speakers and drafting post-webinar attendance and survey reports
  • Managing data entry (orders and customer services notes) into the database, Learning Management System, and certification exam testing platform
  • Coordinating with the fulfillment center for order processing and occasionally shipping certain products from the office
  • Providing customer service to certified individuals and candidates
  • Daily processing of certification and educational sales, including batches
  • Tracking weekly and monthly sales for the education team
  • Monitoring correspondence in the general certification inbox
  • Documenting and tracking the inventory of all certification products and publications
  • Managing phone and email traffic regarding learning and development with timely responses
  • Cultivating relationships with member companies and becoming familiar with their learning and development
  • Providing administrative support to the department as needed
Qualifications of the Learning and Development Coordinator:
  • 2 years of relevant work experience involving administrative support, efficiency, and customer/member support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact well with members
  • Experience working with a membership database (Salesforce / Fonteva experience is a plus); demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data records with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong Microsoft office suite experience
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, but also contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Must be energetic, self-starting, and dedicated to the work of the organization
