Core Integrative Health is a multi-disciplinary medical clinic that provides patients of all ages with natural, non-surgical solutions to healing pain and injury. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and various treatment therapies to provide appropriate care to each patient no matter their pain levels.  
ResponsibilitiesJoint Injection experience is a PLUS but not necessary, training will be provided. Provider experience required.Required Skills
