Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Contents Teams daily operations pertaining to cleaning staff in all franchise locations from start to finish
  • Maintain all communication between their team, scheduler and operations Manager at each location
  • Generate estimates and scopes for all projects and delegate when necessary.
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Oversee the training regimen for all locations to make sure the overall team is compliant.
  • Photo inventory customers contents including accurate documentation of pre-existing damage
  • Packing/unpacking customer personal belongings, loading/unloading box trucks
  • Pad wrapping furniture and larger items
  • Work in Contents Track within Xactimate
  • Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • Industry certifications strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to wear a respirator for their safety due to potentially being exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
Typical work hours
  • The person in this role will typically work Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., committing to a total of 45 hours per week.
  • This role involves a willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel is required and is primarily local.
  • However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
