Position: Chef Viennoiserie / Head Baker

Experience and Requirements:

  • Background: Demonstrated experience in fine dining bakeries with a strong focus on laminated dough work
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to efficiently oversee bakery operations with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with pastry and bakery trends, particularly in laminated dough techniques
  • Training Expertise: Skilled in training, coaching, and fostering the development of team members to achieve excellence
  • Attitude: Possess an open-minded, approachable, and forward-thinking demeanor with a strong emphasis on teamwork and service excellence
  • Eligibility: Candidates with domestic or international work authorization in the U.S. are preferred
