Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKoto Lowell is opening up a new restaurant at 76 Merrimack Street, Lowell MA 01852. We are looking to hire a head chef to lead our kitchen team.

The Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring that our food are being cooked properly and well. You will guide the team to prepare for each day's and week's cooking needs. You will schedule staff, help with management of supply inventory, following food preparations and storage safely. Additionally, you will be able to cook the following kinds of food:
  • Chinese - fried rice, broccoli with chickent/beef/other meat, General Gau's chicken
  • Japanese - Udon, don Katsu, Donburi
  • Korean - Kimchee beef
  • Thai - Pad thai
The ideal candidate is someone with head chef experience, and experience cooking a variety of Asian food.

We are opening a new restaurant that includes a sushi bar, 5 bar workstations, and a live entertainment space.
