Our small 2 Doctor pediatric office in Danville is looking for a part time (plus vacation coverage) medical assistant. We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to handle back-office duties along with some front office help.


Responsibilities include:

  • Team Player
  • Room patients including vital signs and measurements.
  • Basic Laboratory skills including hemoglobin, urine and glucose testing.
  • Comfortable giving immunizations to children
  • Assist Doctors with procedures.
  • Referrals and Authorizations
  • Customer service
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Completion of forms
  • Scanning and faxing
  • Experience with EMR (Epic Preferred)
  • Medical Assisting Certificate

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$24.00-$41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*

*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The pay scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employee's actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
