Seeking a Residential Carpenter to assist in building custom homes and remodel projects in the Black Hills.

• Work with other Fischer Homes employees in completing detailed, high-quality construction projects
• Perform various physical tasks on job sites, such as carrying materials and operating power tools
• Perform various construction-oriented tasks, such as setting up tools on jobsites, taking measurements, installing materials, and problem solving
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers when needed to ensure jobsite efficiency.
  

• Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn new trade skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and the general home-building process
• Must provide own transportation to work -- at various job sites between Rapid City, Spearfish, and Deadwood
• Must provide own tools and tool belt
  

• $22-$34/hr, based on experience (approx. 40hrs/week)
