YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS OUR DENTIST OFFICE MANAGER

As the Dentist Office Manager at SilvoyDMD, your day starts at 8 AM, preparing the office for another day of enhancing smiles. In this administrative position, you oversee daily operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Your mornings are filled with coordinating schedules, greeting patients, and supporting your dedicated dental team. You handle billing and collections, ensuring high accuracy and compliance. Throughout the day, you manage patient records, maintain inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment. By 5 PM, you reflect on a day well-spent leading a passionate team and providing top-notch dental care.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE

  • Proven office management experience
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Superb scheduling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a dental setting
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
