Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Work Location United- Hughes, Levittown, PA


Responsibilities Include:

  • Begin routing process for next day deliveries and provide any needed assistance to drivers or DC team members.
  • Handle in-bound requests to the distribution center to mitigate the volume of direct contact that the DC Manager has with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond to Salesforce cases and emails requiring responses from the distribution center and delivery fleet. Cases with inquiries regarding ETA's, delivery appointments, etc.
  • Assist manufacturing, supply partners, and 3rd party logistic carriers in setting up receiving appointments in our online porta
  • Contact clients to set up delivery appointments, as required.
  • Act as the primary channel for company sales and customer service personnel to solicit special requests of the DC Manager and Logistics Supervisor.
  • Keep detailed records of priority delivery requests, daily delivery manifest and LTL rates.
  • Review invoices for approval provided by billing for 3rdparty shipments and temporary driving staff.
  • Obtain rate quotes and set up all LTL and FTL shipments
  • Fill out and submit reporting to Corporate office as required
  • Update and maintain records in our driver database

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years in an administrative position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in an office and warehouse setting.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
