We are looking for a Finishing Manager and this role is based in US.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Day to day operation of the department that includes but is not limited to adhering to the production schedule, managing staff and resources to meet daily production goals, documenting and managing processes, setting expectation for and maintaining departmental cleanliness.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and processes for measuring and reviewing them.
  • Schedule/conduct and document equipment routine and non-routine maintenance.
  • Maintain employee training records and schedule/track training progress.
  • Evaluate employee performance and set goals.

Requirements

  • Candidates with prior supervisory experience.
  • Prior finishing or coating application experience is a must.
  • Finishing or coating application experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
  • Well qualified candidates who have experience with root cause analysis and solutions generation.
