As a Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, reviewing RFPs and Bid Sets within the signage and construction industry, generating proposals and quotes for providing signage and installation services.   This position offers a competitive salary with goal-oriented bonuses. This important role demands not only exceptional project management skills but also the drive to establish and grow a dedicated division tailored to meet the needs of our construction industry clientele.


The compensation for this position includes a competitive salary with goal-oriented bonuses, holiday pay; medical (available after 60 days), dental, and vision insurance; vacation and sick leave, plus a 401(k) plan with a match.

// Your Day to Day Role

  • Reviewing construction signage plans and specifications and producing comprehensive sign estimates.
  • At times must be able to work with incomplete job specifications or ambiguity to achieve end results.
  • Obtaining material and production quotes from vendors and negotiating prices
  • Accurately managing project costs, estimates and pricing, project scheduling, material inventory, vendor performance, sign installation and permits.
  • Maintaining minimal cost variance between estimated costs and actual job costs
  • Submitting for and obtaining building permits
  • Analyze margins and results at the end of the project to ensure profitability targets are reached


// Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a detail oriented position
  • Construction management, estimating, production management, manufacturing management experience is helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be a quick thinker and resourceful.
  • High positive energy and team oriented person
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
