Position provides telephone and internet web sales support for a major retail appliance brand. The successful candidate will work within a team to reach out to store associates and customers in order to provide product knowledge support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for reaching out to store associates daily in order to educate and inform them of the retailers various products
- Answer incoming questions and concerns via internet, email, and phone
- Track and record customer calls and conversations
- Complete weekly and monthly customer reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year prior in-bound Call Center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and evenings as business dictates is required.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Ability to follow directions and catch on quickly
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation and Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
