Mobile Pet Groomer key responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a state-of-the-art 2024 Mercedes Sprinter van to pre-scheduled appointments, outfitted for optimal comfort, so you can be at your best, whether its hot or cold outside.
  • Deliver one-on-one professional grooming services tailored to customer preferences and breed-specific requirements.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets, performing evaluations and discussing concerns with pet owners.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and maintaining a courteous and professional attitude while caring for their dog and/or cat.
  • Keep the grooming van clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and in good condition.
  • Effectively communicate with the administrative team, who manages the scheduling and routing.
  • Utilize a smartphone for GPS navigation, managing customer information, and coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Mobile Pet Groomer minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pet groomer with a strong understanding of breed standards and grooming techniques.
  • Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments. (Dogs required, cats are a plus)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Valid, non-provisional NC drivers license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
