Job Description: As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work remotely, providing flexibility and the opportunity to manage your own schedule. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity and progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
