Our platform combines technology with local healthcare expertise to help consumers choose the right insurance plans, find the best doctors and make the right healthcare choices.
We are seeking ambitious Licensed Medicare Agents with exceptional customer service experience to join our innovative organization. Our forward-thinking model consists of talented local field agents, ongoing support and is built on personal relationships and trust. - Uncapped Earning Potential. As a Connie Health Licensed Medicare Field Agent, you will receive full commission and renewals on any business you generate. In addition, Connie uses our innovative technology to schedule qualified appointments for you with consumers ready to purchase. For those Connie-generated appointments you will receive a competitive flat fee, as well as a yearly renewal, so long as the customer remains a Connie member.
- Access to Technology. As a Connie Health Licensed Medicare Field Agent, you will receive company provided equipment and access to the Connie Health Agent Platform. Our proprietary platform features a recommendation engine and quoting tools that make selling easier. Allowing you to focus on building a strong relationship with your customers, while providing speedy, invaluable service with a click of a button.
- Field Support. Our Field Marketing Organization, Western Asset Protection, has over 25 years of Medicare experience, and our internal operations team will provide you with support and technical assistance so you can focus on what you do best.
- Ongoing Member Support. After your customer chooses their plan, the Connie Health Internal Medicare Advisor team will proactively help your members navigate their new plan. Our internal team will help your members with insurance related issues and assist them in finding the best providers and services for their needs. As a Field Agent, you can reduce the time spent on member support and trust Connie Health will maintain the utmost level member satisfaction and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- An active Health and Life license.
- Strong understanding of current technology.
- 1-3 years Medicare sales experience.
- Experience with Business Development and Local Area Marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
- An active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- A local resident with a deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape.
- Comfortable with flexible work schedules, especially during the AEP period.
- An entrepreneurial, go-getter work ethic that works independently with minimal oversight.
