We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. You will work closely with the management team to lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Train and mentor retail associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and security protocols

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays

  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet store needs

  • Collaborate with store management to drive business growth and achieve overall objectives

  • Provide feedback to management team when conducting performance reviews

  • Communicate with Brand partners related to incoming product

  • Open/Close the retail store

  • Verify cash deposits, assist with research of cash variances

  • Participate in Physical inventory

  • Assist with day-to-day functions such as cashiering, stocking, and store maintenance

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and data pertaining to the organization, employees, and any proprietary information. Adherence to confidentiality protocol guidelines is essential in this role

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent problem- solving abilities and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work flexible hours (open availability, including evenings,weekends and holidays)

  • Japanese speaking preferred (not required)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.
