Rental Car Manager

Rental Car Manager (Experience is a plus) Salary plus bonus $40K - $50K per year

We are seeking an experienced Rental Car Manager to join our team. As the Rental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire rental operation and ensuring excellenat customer satisifation. This role will report directly to our Service Director. We are looking for someone who is well orgainized, detail oriented and has excellent communucation skills

Duties will include

* Manage the rental process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, reservations, contracts and warranty reinbursments.

* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their rental and loaner car needs as well as resolving any issues or concerns.

* Handle all of the data entry and contracts for the rental process and ensure that proper documentation is collected and stored.

* Collaborate with the sales and service teams to promote rental services and increase revenue.

Experience Needed for this role.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Excellent communication skills

Proficent in MircoSoft Excell and rental software

Bilingual (English/Spanish) are a plus

Excellent data entry and organizational skills

Ability to communicate with management, customers and the sales and service teams.

JOB TYPE: Full Time

Some Weekends and Holidays will be required

Required to be onsite in Terrell TX
