We are actively seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position works out of our facility in Hot Springs, Ar.

- Deliver Excellence: Assemble, package, and ensure timely delivery of products/materials to our customers, making a tangible impact on our operations.
- Efficient Operations: Handle material loading and unloading in adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Precise Inventory Management: Utilize our cutting-edge WMS and ERP System for proper receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials.
- Collaborative Contribution: Contribute to inventory cycle counts, part picking, and packaging for shipment, showcasing your teamwork.
- Equipment Expertise: Skillfully operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment for efficient warehouse operations.
The Value You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, and write English as well as communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to apply basic math skills with accuracy (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.) With 1-2 years of warehouse experience, you understand the dynamics of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Your forklift experience gives you an edge in handling materials with precision and safety.
- Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems underscores your ability to navigate modern warehouse tools.
- Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach ensure seamless inventory processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods of time during shift
- Able and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Must be highly motivated, work with a sense of urgency, and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency while exemplifying behavior that upholds company values and standards
- Ability to learn and apply operating systems and basic computer skills as needed
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions, work orders, and specifications while maintaining accuracy and quality

- Up to $300 per year in wellness activity reimbursement

- Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued per year following completion of 90 days of employment.
- 8 paid scheduled holidays and 1 paid floating holiday per calendar year
- Up to $300 per year in Wellness Activity Reimbursement
- Up to $5,250 per year tuition reimbursement for continuing education
- Annual reimbursement for safety boots and safety glasses
