Who We Need:

Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Section Instructor for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as subject matter expert and primary instructor for the pharmacy section operations.
• Serves as the primary instructor for all end-user level biomedical equipment training assigned to the pharmacy section.
• Serves as the primary instructor for critical pharmacy tasks and essential skills related to pharmacy section operations.
• Serves as the primary instructor for OHIT and other computer-based programs as they pertain to the Pharmacy Section.
• Serves as a primary instructor on 2D/ 3D computer design software (ex: AutoDise) as it pertains to DEPMEDS and pharmacy section set-up planning.
• Serves as a primary instructor for core DEPMEDS courses.
• Works with clinical training manager to develop training scenarios for customer units on pharmacy section operations.
• Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is end-user responsible for equipment assigned to the pharmacy sections.
• Responsible for identifying material requirements for the pharmacy section.

Minimum Requirements:

• Four years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non- Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in a Role 2, 3, or 4 medical treatment facility as a 68Q, pharmacist or sister service equivalent.
• Must have experience with military training concepts and organizational structure.
• Must obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
