With approximately 100,000 planted acres in California's San Joaquin Valley, Wonderful Orchards is the world's largest grower of almonds, pistachios and pomegranates. • Responsible for processing and entering 300-500 invoices per week.
• Prepare and process checks and ACH payments for multi-companies.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Ability to process and follow-up on urgent items.
• Work with Purchasing/Warehouse departments to resolve purchase order and receiving document discrepancies.
• Maintains historical records by scanning invoices while processing them.
• Preserve vendor relationships while responding to inquiries.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years accounts payable experience.

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, AND SKILLS:

• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.

• A team player, flexible, consistent, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle strongly preferred.

-Pay Range: $23.00-$26.00. Dependant on skills and expereince.
