OverviewAs the Customer Service and Inside Sales Assistant you'll join the office team and provide customers with support with any questions they may have on products and assist the other Sales team members with current and future projects in the pipeline.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers/visitors.
  • Communicating with customers (in-person, phone, email).
  • Provide sales and larger project cost estimates.
  • Initiate customers' sales and work orders.
  • Coordinate products delivery and installation date.
  • Ensure deliveries and installations for finished products are complete.
  • Participate in daily team meetings.
  • Complete other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ year of recent Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with computers and office equipment
  • Professional written + verbal communication skills
  • Active listening + participation skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong organization + time management

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00+ Hourly based on prior experience
