Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in a team responsible for the planning, installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical machinery and automation systems.
  • Diagnose process and equipment issues, implementing effective solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Execute routine and corrective maintenance on various electrical components, including motors, controllers, and process measuring devices.
  • Contribute to facility maintenance duties to ensure smooth operations and uphold organizational standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects, leading initiatives to optimize performance and safety.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and standards, initiating and leading practices that promote a secure working environment.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of electrical test equipment.
  • Two or more years of industrial maintenance and automation experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent electrical training, or equivalent military experience. (Navy Nuclear is a plus)

  • Mechanical aptitude, with a solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical principles and practical experience with drives and motors.
  • Preferred experience with PLC and HMI programming.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of related industrial maintenance and automation experience.
  • Experience in performing routine and corrective maintenance on various electrical systems.
  • Formal training or significant experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
