Accounts Payable Clerk

Hourly Pay: $18.00-$20.00

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow and advance within a company? We are currently looking for an accounts payable clerk that has a desire to learn and over time, cross train in several areas within our business office.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing A/P invoices for accuracy
• Data entry and reconciliation; resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and scheduling vendor payments
• Analyzing invoices to determine correct accounts and cost center
• Invoice filing
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

• 1+ years accounts payable experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Desire to work in a supportive team environment
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer proficiency
