Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role: As a Personal Assistant at Brand Avenue, you will provide high-level administrative support to an executive or manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with various tasks to help the executive achieve their goals. 
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as running errands, managing personal schedules, and handling confidential matters.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct research and gather information for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
