Our Ecommerce Team ensures that our family of brands and products are well-presented with accurate, compelling content on the digital shelf and our brand websites – winning visits, educating & converting shoppers.

The Site Merchandiser, a key contributor to QEP’s overall ecommerce strategy, will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creative, Sales and other teams to produce and deliver world class website and web-store content, also ensuring our brands and products are easy to find on our customers’ websites. The Site Merchandiser will identify and capitalize on available merchandising features & opportunities to routinely improve QEP’s presence on the digital shelf.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Gather, ensure the accuracy of, and maintain certain product data and marketing content in our PIM/DAM (Salsify)
  • Distribute in a timely manner new & changed product data, marketing content, and digital assets everywhere our products are represented online
  • Utilize various content management systems and manual processes to effectively publish product content on QEP’s own and our customers’ websites, including product pages, brand pages and storefronts
  • Onboard new items to internal and customer websites; maintain, enhance & improve existing items; discontinue / remove obsolete items
  • Strategically partner with customers to drive sales by setting up online promotional events and new ecommerce capabilities

  • Above average computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Collaborative team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with business partners
  • Ability to work at a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • While not strictly required, the following are a plus:
    • Online merchandising experience
    • Prior Salsify or other PIM, DAM, CMS (content management) set up experience
    • Basic proficiency with HTML and/or other programming languages
