Seeking two Engineers for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance.

Introduction:

The effort will provide technical, network, and engineering support for the customer's public portal, including open Internet and dark web portals.

Network Solutions: Develop and deliver solutions for online public portals.

Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement security and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with Customer staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Performance SLAs: Ensure applications meet performance standards.

Monitoring & Resolution: Monitor applications and resolve issues promptly.

Cyber Security Compliance: Adhere to the Customer’s Risk Management Framework.

On-Call Services: Provide timely network issue resolution.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of internet networking, encryption, and browser security.

CDNs & Tor: Utilize Content Delivery Networks and Tor Onion Services.

Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze cyber data and troubleshoot network/browser issues.

Content Development: Create targeted content using Confluence and consult with customers.

Role:

Networking & Encryption: Experience with internet networking and encryption protocols.

Browser Security: Knowledge of browser interactions and security settings.

CDNs: Experience with Content Delivery Networks.

Tor Services: Proficiency in using and maintaining Tor Onion Services.

Web Security: Experience with security settings for open and dark web.

Data Analysis: Skills in analyzing cyber selector data and network traffic.

Troubleshooting: Experience in network and browser troubleshooting.

Communication: Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical individuals.

Content Creation: Experience with Confluence for content development.

Requirements Management: Experience in defining and tracking requirements.
