Receptionist - Temp

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNationwide Firm, with an office located in downtown Reno, is in need of a Temporary Receptionist to start as early as Monday, May 6, 2024. This firm has 16 attorneys and a support staff, so you will need to be able to handle multiple phone lines and be able to direct them to the correct person.

Requirements:


At least 2-5 years of Receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional setting.
Able to communicate well with others
Be professional in appearance and dress code
Be reliable and on time to the office
Know how to use Word, Outlook and basic Excel

Duties and Job Description:


Answer all incoming calls and route them to the correct person
Basic administrative duties when asked
Greet clients and vendors
Oversee conference room scheduling

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 5:00 PM. Pay rate will depend on your experience and will be discussed during the initial telephone interview.
