We are looking to add an additional member to our Placard Team.
- Work with engraving machine to make placards
- Scan new permits and upload them to CRM
- Print and prepare plans for the next day Permitting
- Print placards & create folders
- Gather all receipts and report to Accounts Payable
- Prepare all the folders and get them ready on the shelf
- Make sure checklist is being followed for folders and inspections
- Maintain the online store
- Track Folders
