We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration work and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or other disasters.


Responsibilities:

- Inspect damaged properties and assess the extent of the damage

- Develop a restoration plan and estimate the cost of repairs

- Remove damaged materials and debris from the property

- Clean and sanitize affected areas

- Repair or replace damaged structures, such as walls, floors, and roofs

- Install new fixtures, such as cabinets and countertops

- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure proper coverage and billing

- Communicate with property owners throughout the restoration process


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in restoration work preferred

- Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
